Can we book transportation for both our wedding party and our guests?
Tell us about both groups. We’ll help determine whether the timing works with one trolley or whether additional vehicles or shuttle trips make more sense.
Do we need a finished timeline before requesting a quote?
No. Start with your wedding date, approximate group size, and any locations you already know. We can work through the remaining details together.
How far can we travel?
Our trolleys are best suited to local transportation, with individual travel legs of approximately 45 minutes or less. Share your locations so we can help assess the route.
How many guests can each trolley accommodate?
Each trolley comfortably seats 26–30 guests, depending on the vehicle. For short trips, capacity can reach 35 passengers with some guests standing. We’ll help match your group to the right trolley and seating arrangement.
What is the minimum rental?
Our minimum rental is one hour. Tell us your locations and plans, and we’ll help estimate the time needed.
Where do you provide wedding transportation?
We serve Raleigh and the greater Triangle area. Travel to other parts of North Carolina may be available, subject to additional travel fees and service limitations. Share your locations so we can confirm what’s possible.
Can we decorate the trolley?
Yes! Temporary decorations and floral arrangements are welcome. They must be attached in a way that won’t damage the trolley or leave adhesive residue. Please discuss your decorating plans with our team beforehand.
Can we bring food or drinks?
Beer and wine are welcome. Liquor and glass containers are not permitted, and food is generally prohibited. Please ask our team about any specific requests before your rental.
Is the trolley wheelchair accessible?
Our trolleys are not wheelchair accessible. Boarding and exiting require navigating narrow stairs. If anyone in your group has mobility needs, please discuss them with us before booking.
Does the trolley have seat belts?
No. Our trolleys are not equipped with seat belts.
Can children ride?
Yes. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents are responsible for supervising and securing their children on board, and children must remain seated while the trolley is moving. Please consider the absence of seat belts when planning transportation for younger guests.
What happens in severe weather?
Rentals may be canceled or postponed in the rare instances of severe weather, including heavy rain, high winds, lightning, ice, snow, or extreme cold. If we cancel or postpone your rental because of severe weather, a full refund is available.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No. Smoking, vaping, and tobacco products are prohibited aboard the trolley.
How do we reserve our date?
Full payment is required to reserve your booking. Submitting an inquiry or receiving a quote does not reserve your date.
